Jera is originally from Illinois and moved to Scotland to attend Harvest Bible College. She currently works for New Life Church - Glasgow in the administration, youth, and music departments. Jera has a strong passion for education and travelling.

Controversially, you will not find her drinking coffee or tea; however, you can usually find her researching the next educational course or planning the next international trip.
